Job Responsibilities

Platform Performance & Profitability Analysis

1. Establish and maintain core financial and operating metrics, including Total Bets, Payouts, GGR, NGR, Gross Profit, and Net Profit;

2. Conduct profitability analysis by game category, traffic channel, user tier (regular / VIP), and promotional campaigns;

3. Prepare and deliver daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports, identifying profit anomalies and structural risks;

4. Analyze high-turnover but low-profit or loss-making scenarios and propose optimization actions.

Promotion & Bonus Cost Management

1. Participate in the financial evaluation of promotional campaigns, including first-deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, insurance offers, task-based rewards, and lucky draws;

2. Build and maintain ROI, break-even rate (BER), and payback-period models for campaigns;

3. Monitor bonus costs, betting conversion, and withdrawal ratios during campaign execution;

4. Conduct post-campaign financial reviews to identify bonus abuse, arbitrage, or misuse, and recommend improvements.

Cash Flow & Payment Monitoring

1. Monitor overall platform cash flow and ensure the safety and adequacy of the funds pool;

2. Analyze payment channels by deposit success rate, withdrawal rate, transaction fees, and FX costs;

3. Identify abnormal cash movements and work closely with the Risk Control team to address arbitrage, money-laundering, or other financial risks;

4. Provide recommendations to optimize payment channel structure and transaction costs.

User Value & Cost Analysis

1. Build and maintain user value analysis metrics, including ARPU, ARPPU, LTV, and Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC);

2. Evaluate profitability contribution by user segment, including new users, active users, high-value users, and risk users;

3. Support the Operations team in defining user-tier strategies and controlling incentive spending;

4. Recommend financial restrictions or optimization strategies for long-term negative-contribution or high-risk users.

Risk Control & Strategy Support

1. Evaluate the financial impact of risk control rules and policies from a profitability perspective;

2. Participate in defining bonus restrictions, wagering requirements, and special user handling policies;

3. Perform financial assessments for risk-control adjustments to balance loss prevention and revenue growth.

Budgeting, Forecasting & Management Support

1. Prepare and manage monthly and quarterly budgets, forecasts, and profit projections;

2. Conduct cash-flow forecasting to define platform financial safety thresholds;

3. Provide financial feasibility analysis for new markets, new products, or new promotional initiatives;

4. Support senior management by answering key questions related to profitability, cost structure, and financial risk.

Job Requirements

Basic Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics, or related fields;

2. Minimum 5 years of finance-related experience, with at least 2 years in business finance within an internet, gaming, betting, or platform-based environment;

3. Solid understanding of betting platform mechanics, including wagering, odds, rebates, bonuses, and withdrawal rules.

Professional Skills

1. Strong financial analysis skills with the ability to translate complex business operations into financial models and performance indicators;

2. Advanced proficiency in Excel, capable of independently building profitability, promotion, and forecasting models;

3. Data-driven mindset with experience using SQL and/or BI tools preferred;

4. High sensitivity to abnormal data patterns, bonus abuse, and arbitrage behaviors.

Business Acumen & Communication

1. Strong business acumen with the ability to collaborate effectively with Operations, Risk Control, Product, and Data teams;

2. Able to challenge business proposals based on data and financial logic, not assumptions;

3. Capable of presenting clear, structured insights and recommendations to senior management.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Experience in online betting, sports betting, casinos, or gaming platforms;

2. Familiarity with Southeast Asian markets (e.g., Philippines, Vietnam) is a strong advantage;

3. Background in payments, risk control, AML, or data platforms is preferred;
4. Experience in cross-functional projects or team leadership is a plus.
