Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager, located in Manila. The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing the sales team, developing sales strategies, meeting sales targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role involves nurturing client relationships, analyzing sales data, preparing reports, and coordinating with marketing and other departments to optimize sales operations. The Sales Manager will also be expected to stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activities.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales management and team leadership
  • Strong understanding of sales strategies, customer relationship management, and market analysis
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to analyze sales data, prepare reports, and make data-driven decisions
  • Solid organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office Suite
  • Experience in the automotive industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
