About the role

LGH INTERNATIONAL SERVICES INC' is seeking a Blended Account (Open to fresh grads) | Onsite | Shifting Schedule to join our customer service team based in Pasig City Metro Manila. This is a full-time role with a shifting schedule, providing an excellent opportunity for entry-level professionals or recent graduates to kick-start their careers in a dynamic customer-centric environment.

What you'll be doing

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients through inbound and outbound call handling
  • Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with a focus on delivering a positive customer experience
  • Accurately record customer information and document interactions in the company's database
  • Cross-sell and upsell products and services to customers when appropriate
  • Work collaboratively with team members to share best practices and contribute to overall team performance
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and quality standards
