Job description


• Maintains customer database by inputting customer profile and updates; E-filing of business documents, contracts, and ECDR.


• Remind accounts on past due.


• Resolves order and inventory problems by investigating data and history; identifying alternate means for filling orders; notifying managers and customers


• Updates managers by consolidating, analyzing, and forwarding daily action summaries.


• Resolves pricing discrepancies by researching details on delivery notice against invoices; forwarding resolution to manager.


• Provides product, promotion and pricing information by clarifying customer requests; selecting appropriate information; forwarding information; answering questions.


• Provides Sales vs. Projection results by preparing and forwarding sales tracking reports.


• Print and scan proposal/price notices and email to notify customer/s.


• Tracks sales expenses by tracking, consolidation, analyzing, and summarizing expenses; forwarding for reimbursement.


• Prepares sales presentations by compiling data, developing presentation formats and materials.


• Preparing and distributing monthly reports.

Minimum Qualifications:


• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, public relations or related field.


• Strong computer skills using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace .


• Strong understanding of marketing strategy and how to effortlessly utilize these concepts throughout various forms of outreach.


• 1-2 years relevant experience.


• With knowledge in conducting market research.


• Excellence, efficiency & evolving continually are essential to succeed in this role.
