Tendering Specialist

Duties, Responsibilities and Authorities:

  • Preparation of commercial pricing for various proposed projects, rehabilitation, and maintenance works.
  • Coordinate regularly with concerned departments/units and external parties to ensure profitable and competitive pricing of products and services.
  • Identifying opportunities arising from potential revenue loss/leaks as well as possible cost-saving measures with overall goal of improving the financial performance of the Company.
  • Proactively work with revenue and cost centers in identifying revenue enhancement programs and cost reduction schemes.
  • Designing and implementing loss control and fraud prevention and detection programs as applicable.
  • Maintaining a complete and updated price database of all products and services of the Company.
  • Preparation of management reports & analytics involving pricing and profitability of products and services.
  • Identifying opportunities to automate the processes, procedures and maximizing tools to enhance pricing capabilities and market research.
  • Other duties as may be assigned from time to time

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/College Degree in Civil, Mechanical Engineering or any Engineering Field
  • Preferably with 3 years experience in costing and estimation of civil and mechanical works for horizontal and vertical structures, STP, industrial plant, etc.
  • Proficient in Microsoft office applications (word, excel, PowerPoint)
  • Knowledgeable in Quantity Surveying
  • Basic CAD and MS project Skills
  • Experience in Project management and supervision
  • Above average communication skills
  • Customer service skills
  • Able to meet deadline on time
