About the Role:

We are looking for enthusiastic Customer Service Representatives to join our team and support an international voice account. You will assist customers of a leading US retail company that offers a mobile application for online grocery shopping.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with inquiries, orders, and troubleshooting.
  • Provide exceptional customer experience by resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Guide customers through the mobile application for online grocery shopping.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Previous experience in a voice account or customer service role is an advantage.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
  • Willingness to work on shifting schedules, including nights and weekends.
