  • Facility Operations & Maintenance

  • Oversee daily operations of building systems (HVAC, lighting, electrical, plumbing, etc.)

  • Perform routine inspections to identify and resolve issues promptly.

  • Coordinate preventative and corrective maintenance schedules with internal teams or contractors.

  • Office Infrastructure Management

  • Ensure optimal working conditions for office spaces including ergonomic, energy-efficient, and safe environments.

  • Maintain office layouts, monitor space utilization, and support office expansion or relocation projects.

  • Vendor & Contractor Management

  • Liaise with external service providers for janitorial, security, maintenance, and repair services.

  • Health, Safety & Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with building codes, occupational safety standards, and environmental regulations.

  • Conduct emergency preparedness drills and ensure all safety equipment (fire alarms, extinguishers, etc.) are maintained.

  • Energy Management & Sustainability

  • Monitor energy usage and identify opportunities for sustainability improvements.

  • Implement energy-saving measures and green building practices where applicable.

  • Reporting

  • Prepare regular reports on facility operations, incidents, and improvements.
