IT organization is looking for a highly competent and experienced Project Coordinator to help in the planning, coordinating, executing and managing a large-scale Retail, Backstage, and Datacenter Project implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • An Individual Contributor that act as an overall offshore representative and point of contact for the infrastructure-related retail, backstage, and datacenter project deployments.
  • Ensure that deployment prerequisites are well prepared, communicated and documented on the tracker.
  • Prepares the support roster in advance and sends out communication to stakeholders prior to deployments.
  • Lead the implementation over conference bridges/Skype chat sessions professionally, communicate with key project members with a positive and driven attitude.
  • Manage deployment issues and coordinates with the right people to resolve them. Document information in a clear and concise manner for the project team's reference.
  • Escalate issues in a timely manner with key information prepared.
  • Send implementation updates and completion reports with complete and conclusive information.
  • Contribute to process improvement.

Qualifications:

  • A degree or certificate in computer science or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience project management.
  • 3-5 years of experience with planning and implementation of migration in retail, backstage, or datacenter environment.
  • 2-3 years of experience as a technical writer (strong written skills - English).
  • Experience with a variety of technical documentation types, such as product documentation (software and hardware), and Knowledge Base articles.
  • Experience working within Infrastructure testing, validation, and cutovers.
  • Superior written and oral communication skills with an ability to communicate across all levels of an organization.
  • Proficient in Sharepoint, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Visio.
