Analytics Engineer - Onsite/Night Shift

We are looking for an enthusiastic Analytics Engineer with 1–2 years of hands-on experience in building analytics data models, designing data warehouses, and enabling data-driven decision-making using the modern data stack. The ideal candidate has experience with dbt, Snowflake, GCP, and Python, and a strong interest in data modeling, transformation, and analytics enablement. Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain ELT pipelines to support analytics and reporting needs
  • Develop and maintain dbt models for data transformation
  • Support the implementation of scalable Snowflake solutions
  • Assist in developing dimensional models and data marts
  • Integrate data from multiple source systems for unified analytics
  • Help monitor data quality and maintain documentation
  • Collaborate with data analysts, business users, and engineers

Required Experience & Skills

  • 1–2 years of professional experience as an Analytics Engineer, Data Engineer, or similar role (internships and project experience count)
  • Experience building analytics data models and pipelines
  • Familiarity with data warehouse concepts (Snowflake, BigQuery, etc.)
  • Experience with dbt for data transformation and modeling
  • Basic knowledge of GCP services (BigQuery, Cloud Storage, etc.)
  • Proficiency in SQL and Python (Pandas, NumPy)
  • Understanding of ELT processes and data integration workflows
  • Experience working with structured and semi-structured data (JSON, XML, Parquet)
  • Familiarity with Git version control

Preferred Qualifications

  • Exposure to Airflow or Google Cloud Composer
  • Experience with data ingestion tools (Fivetran, Stitch, Airbyte)
  • Interest in data observability and analytics best practices
  • Relevant certifications (dbt, Snowflake, GCP) are a plus

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field
  • Equivalent experience strongly considered

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php60, Php75,000.00 per month
