Your tasks

• Responsible for daily Warehouse and Logistics activities and ensuring compliance with Customs and Philippines Economic Zone Authority (PEZA) transaction and requirements as well as support in the external and internal Audits.
• Coordinates and executes daily warehouse, shipping and inventory activities to ensure accurate material flow and on time delivery
• Prepares, monitors and updates logistics documents and system transaction in compliance with the company and regulatory requirements.
• Supports BOC and PEZA transaction including filing monitoring and documentation
• Assists in internal and external audits by providing required reports, records and compliance evidence
• Collaborates with other departments to resolve logistics issues and maintain operational efficiency
• Participates in 5S, safety and continuous improvement initiatives within the logistics

Who we are looking for

• BS Industrial Engineering or related
• zero or five years of professional experience in Logistics and Warehouse
• Experience in process improvement within Logistics and Warehouse is an advantage
• Demonstrate Honesty, Initiative, Accountability and the ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams
