About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented SAP PPQM Consultant to support the successful implementation of SAP S/4HANA Manufacturing and Quality Management solutions in our enterprise transformation projects.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP PP (Production Planning) and QM (Quality Management), experience in S/4HANA, and a solid understanding of end-to-end manufacturing and quality processes across industries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support SAP PP and QM workstreams in S/4HANA implementation projects across discrete, process, and repetitive manufacturing environments.
  • Configure SAP PP: Work Centers, Routings, BOMs, MRP, Production Orders, Capacity Planning.
  • Configure SAP QM: Inspection Planning, Results Recording, Quality Notifications, Quality Certificates.
  • Participate in client workshops, requirements gathering, FIT-GAP analysis, and functional specification documentation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integration with MM, SD, PM, and EWM modules.
  • Assist in testing (SIT, UAT), data migration, cutover planning, and post-go-live support.
  • Work with technical teams for WRICEF development and ensure overall solution quality.
  • Adopt SAP Activate and Fit-to-Standard methodology.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 4–7 years of hands-on experience in SAP PP and/or QM modules.
  • At least one full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementation in a PP or QM workstream.
  • Strong understanding of MRP, shop floor control, production execution, and quality inspection processes.
  • Experience working in Agile delivery environments and familiarity with SAP Activate.
  • Exposure to modern SAP tools: SAP BTP, Fiori apps, and RISE with SAP (preferred).
  • Integration experience with other modules such as MM, SD, PM, and EWM.

Educational Background & Certifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, or related fields.
  • Required: SAP S/4HANA Production Planning or Quality Management Certification.
  • Preferred: SAP Activate Project Manager Certification (Associate Level).
