Job Specifications:

The Junior Data Analyst will be responsible for:

  • Gathering and consolidating data from multiple sources such as Excel files, Google Sheets, online portals, and internal tools Performing data cleaning and formatting to ensure accuracy, consistency, and usability of datasets.
  • Standardizing different file formats and structures into a unified consolidated file (Masterfile or conso report). Creating and maintaining up-to-date data files for use in reporting and analysis.
  • Identifying data discrepancies and coordinating with concerned teams to resolve issues.
  • Supporting regular and ad hoc reporting requirements by providing clean and accurate datasets.
  • Documenting the data consolidation process for transparency and future reference.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or any related course.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a data-related or administrative role (fresh graduates with strong internship experience may be considered).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets (e.g., formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data validation).
  • Knowledge of data cleaning techniques and consolidation best practices.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong sense of accuracy and organization.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle repetitive tasks while maintaining high quality and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with basic data tools (e.g., Power Query, SQL, or BI tools) is an advantage but not required.
  • Willing to learn and adapt to new tools and processes.
