URGENT

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· Performs General Radiography and General Ultrasound procedures.

· Assists the Radiologist team in performing special examinations of General Ultrasound and Special Ultrasound.

· Assists Diagnostic CSR in receiving patients' requests, appointments, approved LOAs, and official receipts.

· Validates and checks the doctor's request and the tagging of patient's procedures in the system based on the requested examination of the attending physician.

· Ensures complete and accurate data entry on the Ultrasound monitor for Radio ultrasound procedures.

· Monitors ultrasound equipment and supplies

· Gives complete instructions before, during, and after a procedure to patients.

· Encodes daily census, tags, tag doctor's PF/RF, and renders patient's examination in the system.

· Maintains patient records for future reference.

· Submits monthly Raw Data/Census, Scorecard, and Machine Status

· Records any machine problems encountered in the service logbook in compliance with the QAQC program of the equipment per DOH-FDA

· Performs assigned tasks from time to time.
