Job Summary:
The TIG Welder is responsible for performing high-quality welding and fabrication works, particularly in stainless steel, aluminum, and other metals, to support the manufacturing operations of rigid plastic containers. The role ensures that all welding tasks meet safety standards, production requirements, and quality specifications.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform TIG welding and related fabrication tasks on machine parts, molds, fixtures, and equipment used in plastic container production.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and welding symbols to determine welding requirements.
- Set up and operate welding machines, grinders, and cutting tools according to job specifications.
- Inspect welds to ensure they meet company standards for strength, safety, and appearance.
- Conduct preventive maintenance and repair on production equipment and molds as needed.
- Work closely with the maintenance and production teams to minimize downtime and support smooth manufacturing operations.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of the welding area, following company safety policies and PPE requirements.
- Ensure proper documentation of welding activities, materials used, and maintenance reports.
- Perform other related tasks as may be assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- At least 2–3 years of experience as a TIG welder in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Strong knowledge of TIG welding techniques, tools, and equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Experience in welding stainless steel and aluminum is an advantage.
- With knowledge of fabrication, cutting, and grinding processes.
- Physically fit, detail-oriented, and capable of handling heavy tools and equipment.
- Willing to work in Iba, Meycauayan, Bulacan (or company location).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Experience:
