Your Main Responsibilities:

We're looking for a Financial Analyst who'll work with our client's deals to take the information we've organized for them to:

1) Prepare a valuation model based on our templated financial model

2) Decide whether the deal has the potential to cash flow and be a good deal (financially)

3) Come up with 1-3 options for structuring the deal that make sense

Improving and simplifying our financial model would also be a bonus.

You Should Have:

  • 2+ years of experience working in a relevant role (M&A, investment banking, accounting, private equity, etc)

  • Exposure to building financial models

  • Exposure to going through P&L statements, balance sheets, add-backs, etc

  • Experience in presenting a deal and reviewing a deal

  • A strong communication skills (verbal and written)

  • A strong self-starter mindset to improve your skills and strive to be better

  • Excellent analytical skills

  • Intellectual curiosity and rigor
