Enterprise Architect

Role Summary The Enterprise Architect plays a strategic role in shaping the organization’s business architecture and process landscape. This role focuses on aligning enterprise capabilities with strategic goals, ensuring that business processes are efficient, scalable, and future-ready. The Enterprise Architect works closely with the Solutions Architect to co-design integrated solutions that support transformation and innovation. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain enterprise-wide business capability maps and process frameworks Lead process harmonization and optimization initiatives across departments Collaborate with Solutions Architects to co-design future-state operating models Ensure alignment between strategic goals, business processes, and enabling technologies Conduct impact assessments and scenario planning for proposed changes Support governance and decision-making through structured architectural insights Promote a culture of continuous improvement and cross-functional collaboration Key Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, Service Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Economics or any related course Strong understanding of business architecture and process design Experience with enterprise modeling tools and frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, BPMN) Strategic thinking and systems-level problem solving Excellent collaboration and communication skills Ability to translate business needs into architectural solutions Familiarity with change management and transformation programs Location MOA Square, Pasay City Seniority level Mid- Senior level Employment type Full‑time Job function Information Technology and Project Management #J-18808-Ljbffr
