Bouncer

The Bouncer is responsible for maintaining the safety, security, and overall order of the establishment. This role ensures that all guests comply with house rules, manages crowd control, and supports smooth bar operations by preventing and addressing any disturbances. The Bouncer represents the company professionally and helps create a safe and enjoyable environment for all customers and employees.

• Monitor and control the entrance and exit of guests to ensure proper guest flow.
• Maintain a strong presence inside and outside the establishment to deter disruptive behavior.
• Intervene and de-escalate conflicts or altercations in a calm and professional manner.
• Assist in removing unruly, intoxicated, or non-compliant individuals when necessary.
• Conduct routine inspections of the premises to identify safety hazards and report them immediately to management.
• Support crowd control during peak hours, special events, and promotions.
• Coordinate with bartenders, servers, and management regarding potential security concerns.
• Keep a detailed incident log and submit reports for any accidents, altercations, or violations.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, safety protocols, and local regulations.
• Assist during emergency situations (e.g., evacuation, medical support) as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a respectful, professional demeanor at all times.

• Preferably with experience as a Bouncer, Security Personnel, or similar role in bar/nightlife operations.
• Physically fit and able to stand for long periods.
• Strong observation skills and situational awareness.
• Ability to handle tense or confrontational situations with professionalism.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be reliable, disciplined, and trustworthy.
• Knowledge of basic safety and emergency procedures is an advantage.
• Willing to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
