Job description

Responsible for encoding & issuance of invoices of all purchased item/s by the customer/s.

Key Accountabilities

  1. Daily Operations

  2. Consistently follow and abide by the company's established policies and procedures.

  3. Prepare & issue invoices of transactions, schedule deliveries of items to customers.
  4. Encode daily Delivery Receipt; Prepares Delivery Register & Collection Report (DRCR) for the next day delivery.
  5. Check & update Accounts Receivables & Cash on Delivery Transactions.
  6. Follow up on Made To Order (MTO) & pending deliveries of customers.

  7. Customer Engagement

  8. Ensure high levels of customers' satisfaction through excellent service.

  9. Acknowledge the presence of customers, listen and pay attention to their needs.
  10. Attend to customer complaints with eagerness and understanding.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must be a graduate of any 4 year course

  • Must have good communication and organizational skills

  • To be assigned at Our Home SM Bacoor

  • Can start ASAP
