Field Sales Representative

Calamba, Calabarzon, Philippines To be assigned at Torres Trading Co., Inc. Full time ₱600,000 - ₱800,000 per year

Qualifications:

· Graduate of any 4-year course

· At least 1year of experience in handling Key Account Aquisition and Management

· With experience in Sales/customer development in food service (hotels/restaurants/caterers and end-consumer channels) is an advantage

· Knowledgeable with the basic traditional selling principles and digital selling platforms through Facebook and the like.

· Has a strategic and entrepreneurial mindset and focus

· Can work with minimum supervision

· With good oral & written communication skills in English & Filipino, personable and extrovert

· Preferably with Motorcycle/Car

Responsibilities:

· Account acquisition & retention thru effective account development (training and coaching on growing the business, equipping with marketing tools), smooth customer experience from ordering to order fulfillment.

· Implementation of loyalty programs to sustain consistent ordering.

· Looks at relevant sales channels to grow assigned area.
