JOB DESCRIPTION:

Manage the Fixed Asset systems

Monitoring, checking and reordering of office inventory and supplies

Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies

Thoroughly review purchase requisitions with regard to the lead time, specifications, stock on hand, monthly consumption, and quantity to check scope requested by requestor

Coordinates with the purchasing team for the approved PRs and monitor its status

Submits report and other necessary documentations on time

Provides information by answering questions and requests

Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Monitors all office supplies request from all department Performs other admin relevant duties.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php21, Php24,139.58 per month
