As an Inventory Analyst, you will analyze inventory data, support purchasing decisions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal stock levels. Using advanced Excel skills, you'll forecast needs, prevent stock issues, and provide critical insights that drive efficiency across procurement and inventory management.

Salary: PHP 30,000 to PHP 80,000

The Qualifications We Seek

• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a buyer, preferably in retail apparel or a similar industry
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis, etc.)
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Solid understanding of inventory control systems and accounting principles
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with multiple teams

Your Daily Tasks

• Purchasing & Accounting: Assist with purchasing decisions, manage inventory, and support accounting processes, ensuring alignment between procurement and financial systems.
• Inventory Management: Analyze inventory data to forecast needs, monitor stock levels, and reduce stockouts or overstock issues.
• Data Analysis: Use Excel to track, analyze, and report on inventory trends, purchasing patterns, and performance metrics.
• Buyer Responsibilities: Collaborate with the buying team to ensure optimal product assortment, maintain appropriate stock levels, and support product availability.
• Reporting: Provide detailed reports on inventory performance, summarize purchasing activities, and recommend stock optimization strategies.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including purchasing, finance, and operations, to ensure alignment and resolve any issues.
