Translate campaign briefs into on‑brand visual assets that elevate product visibility across e‑commerce, social media, and in‑store touchpoints for TL Sales & Management Services Inc.'s nationwide gadget retail network.

Job Summary

The Junior Graphic Artist develops static and basic motion designs that support sales promotions, marketplace listings, and branch merchandising. Working under the Creative Lead, the role delivers accurate, ready‑to‑deploy artwork within strict deadlines while adhering to partner‑brand guidelines and company standards.

Key Result Areas and Functions

Digital Asset Production

  • Generate social‑media posts, web banners, and email graphics following platform specifications (aspect ratios, file weights, accessibility tags).
  • Repurpose master visuals into multiple sizes (1:1, 4:5, 9:16, 16:9) without compromising resolution or brand integrity.
  • Hit agreed daily output quotas and maintain revision turnaround under 24 hours for priority tasks.

Retail & Print Collateral

  • Lay out branch‑level materials—shelf talkers, wobblers, A4 mini‑posters—aligned with store planograms and print‑ready standards (bleed, CMYK, die‑cut lines).
  • Coordinate with procurement on proof approvals and color‑matching for small‑batch print runs.

Brand Governance & Asset Management

  • Apply house style guides and partner‑brand manuals; flag any conflicts to the Creative Lead for resolution.
  • Tag, archive, and version assets in the digital asset management (DAM) drive using agreed file‑naming conventions.

Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

  • Attend creative huddles, pitch iterative concepts, and incorporate stakeholder feedback within two revision cycles on average.
  • Track personal productivity metrics (completed projects, average revision count) and recommend workflow optimizations when bottlenecks appear.

Job Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor's degree (AY 2024 – 2025 graduate) in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Fine Arts, Advertising Arts, or equivalent.

Knowledge

  • Operational proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator; basic familiarity with After Effects or Premiere is an advantage.
  • Foundational understanding of social‑media ad specifications and responsive design principles.
  • Introductory knowledge of print production processes (color modes, paper finishes, imposition basics).

Competencies

  • Solid grasp of layout, typography, and color theory.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to spot pixel‑level inconsistencies.
  • Capacity to handle concurrent deadlines and reprioritize on short notice.
  • Open, constructive communicator—comfortable receiving critique and iterating quickly.
  • Fluent in English and Filipino, both written and verbal.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php22,000.00 per month
