Supply Chain Planning Manager

The
Supply Chain Planning Manager
is a key position within the Market Supply Chain team and is responsible for:

1. Lead the in-country S&OP process
2. The demand management process within 3 months horizon,
3. Overall supply planning by connecting with regional supply planning group.

Also, this position plays important role to innovate and maintain effective demand & supply planning process with multi-functions, through the governance of key measures, Case Fill Rate, OTIF, Forecast Accuracy, Bias, SLOB, Inventory, and returns.

MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES:

A. SALES FORECAST MANAGEMENT – DEMAND MANAGEMENT

• Support/Lead effective market S&OP (Sales and Operation Planning) process with multi-functions and 3PLs to optimize Customer Service level and Cash Flow
• Involved in FG (Finished Good) S&OP and lead supply related area in FG S&OP with Commercial Team, Finance and Marketing to drive efficient & responsive decision making in market side
• Focus on the validation of the significantly-moving quantities within short (M1 to M3) and mainly medium term (M4 to M18)
• Assure the consistency of the sales forecast per UPC and applicable planning locations, in volume and in value, with the business plan taking into consideration all the marketing/repair activities

B. SUPPLY PLANNING

• Lead and guarantee with autonomy the supply plan monthly process based on the sales forecast, per UPC and per applicable location.
• Determine the availability of products and communicate to other functions (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer Care, etc.) on any impacting risk or opportunities.
• Deliver on time a consistent and accurate supply plan to Group supply planning team, 2 plants and co-packers.
• Ensure right level of supply at reasonable cost that optimizes inventory, turnover and safety stock by SKU by working with Global supply planning group.
• Analyze the group responses in connection with the required supply plan and negotiate with other functions on any potential adjustments
• Prepare and follow S&OP meeting
• Develop/implement effective demand & supply consensus process to ensure stock availability and case fill rate as a key competitive advantage and enabler for KPI delivery
• Manage supply plan & execution to deliver best in class customer service (case fill rate) in terms of stock availability and on-time supply from plants
• Review/audit demand & supply master data and parameter to ensure healthy system setup and execution
• Ensure that SAP/ Blue Yonder related system issue are resolved by relevant parties accordingly
• Ensure quarterly/monthly demand target delivery in terms of Supply Chain POV
• Define/deliver supply related KPI & target (case fill rate, supply related cost, process health check, etc.)

C. INVENTORY MANAGEMENT

• Achieve the inventory target of 3PL warehouse with service target.
• Ensure and control a sufficient safety inventory
• Check and communicate about the inventory quality: obsolescence, slow-moving
• Check and closely communicate with other functions (Sales, Marketing, Customer Care, Finance) to accelerate the inventory turnover
• Analyze and report about the causes of the out-of-stock or over-stock

D. SUPPLY ORDER TRACKING

• Validate the conformity of the supply backlog with Group Planning Team and Plants planning team.
• Closely monitor all the operational aspects of inbound, inventory and any ad-hoc issue by closely working with Market logistics team

E. PLANNING PROCESS OWNERSHIP

• Lead implementation of effective Demand & Supply planning process, role and responsibility among multi-functions that covers longer term supply strategy, masterplan, relevant mid-term strategies & tactics, monthly S&OP in commercial side, tracking, root cause analysis and re-application.
• Establish/lead escalation and risk management process with multi-functions.
• Establish/Lead initiative readiness & planning processes in term of supply chain POV.
• Define/Lead company Dashboard & action planning process in terms of supply chain POV

EXPERIENCES REQUIRED:

• Track record on multi-cultural dynamic environments where he or she played a major role on implementing changes.
• Strong leadership and responsivity, follow-through, results driven attitude.
• Experience of running S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) process with Multi-functions and Managements.
• Hands-on, down to earth profile & experience in Supply Chain Management
• Experience & knowledge on overall supply chain in manufacturer POV and customer supply chain.
• Preferred to have +7 years' experience in Supply Chain Management or Manufacturing Management
• Stakeholder management and experience.

• Knowledge and experience on 1) End to End supply planning & processes, and 2) demand forecasting and planning processes
• Deep knowledge on overall supply chain in manufacturer POV and customer's supply chain.
• Knowledge and experience with SAP or ERP system as well as Planning system (i.e., Blue Yonder)
• Knowledge on MS office and other relevant software for forecasting & supply process.
