· Ability to handle transactions accurately

· Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel and Word)

· Excellent customer service and patient relation skills

· Highly organized and trustworthy

· Willing to start immediately

Responsibilities:

· Receives payment from patient and issues official receipts for the same.

· Handles the safekeeping of post-dated checks issued by patient.

· Regularly remit cash sales and record all sales transactions

  • Welcoming patient, answering their questions, and providing recommendations.
  • Provide pricing information by answering questions.
  • Accepting payments, ensuring all prices and quantities are accurate and proving a receipt to every customer.
  • Balance cash drawer by counting cash at beginning and end of work shift.
  • Maintain safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
