Internal Audit Staff

The Internal Audit Staff is responsible for conducting site/department audits according to the Audit plans. The focus of audits is on the field of risk assessment, compliance with the set policies and procedures of the departments, compliance with the accounting standards, and financial reporting, including reliability and accuracy of accounting records, site operations, and performance compliance. He also prepares audit reports for submission to the Internal Audit Supervisor/Internal Audit Manager.

Technical Knowledge, Skills, Training, and Experience Required

  1. Candidate must possess a Bachelor's/College Degree in Accountancy or Internal Auditing or any related course

  2. Fresh Graduate or at least 1-3 years, of combined and direct experience in Accounting, Finance, Auditing, and Business - related courses; preferably in a retail and wholesale business

  3. Required Skill(s): Knowledgeable on Internal Audit and Accounting principles, standards and practices, High analytical, above average communication skills. Proficient in SAP and Microsoft applications.

  4. Must have good interpersonal skills, flexibility and ability to multi-task, be organized, pro active thinking, maintains integrity and objectivity at all times, and be persistent to finish the assigned task.

  5. Willing to be assigned field work in any part of Luzon for a minimum of one month.
