Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics & Warehouse Strategy Specialist with strong expertise in ERP systems and warehouse operations. The ideal candidate is a logistics professional who understands end-to-end warehouse processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in ERP systems, particularly SAP and Oracle, supporting logistics and warehouse-related modules.

  • Provide deep insights and hands-on support for Smart Logistics, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and automated warehousing environments.

  • Lead or support the development of Logistics Network Strategy, including network analysis, optimization, and continuous performance improvement.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration of logistics and warehouse processes in preparation for the planned 2026 function merger.

  • Drive process standardization, operational efficiency, and system adoption across logistics and warehouse teams.

  • Support transformation initiatives related to digitalization, automation, and strategic planning across supply chain operations.

  • Prepare to assume a broader leadership role within the STC Warehouse Team as part of long-term succession and integration planning.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Strong working knowledge of ERP systems (SAP and/or Oracle); ability to function as a system SME.
  • Hands-on experience in Smart Logistics, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and warehouse operations.
  • Demonstrated ability in Logistics Network Strategy development, including analysis, modeling, and optimization.
  • Solid understanding of both logistics operations and warehouse processes.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Leadership potential with an interest in future team management roles.
  • Graduate of any Management related courses
