About the role

NEW ERA PLACEMENT AGENCY CO.' is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) in our Severino De Las Alas General Mariano Alvarez Cavite office. This full-time role is an excellent opportunity for those looking to start a career in customer service, even without prior BPO experience.

What you'll be doing

  1. Providing exceptional customer service through inbound and outbound calls
  2. Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  3. Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records
