About the role
We are seeking experienced and dedicated Call Centre Agents to join our dynamic team at our Alabang site. This is a full-time opportunity where you will have the chance to contribute to the success of our company by providing exceptional customer service to our valued clients. Working in a fast-paced environment, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls, resolving customer inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience for all our customers.
What you'll be doing
- Answering inbound calls and addressing customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Proactively identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate solutions
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
- Adhering to established call centre protocols and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Collaborating with team members to share best practices and drive continuous improvement
- Providing a high level of customer satisfaction to enhance the company's reputation
What we're looking for
- Proven experience in a customer service or call centre environment, preferably in the retail or service industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen and respond effectively
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities to handle a variety of customer inquiries
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools
- Adaptability and the ability to work well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a commitment to the company's values
