We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Wax Technician to join our beauty team. The ideal candidate specializes in hair removal services using waxing techniques. They perform facial and body waxing for clients, ensuring a safe, sanitary, and comfortable experience. Wax Technicians are knowledgeable in skin types, waxing products, and aftercare procedures to provide high-quality services that meet client needs and expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

· Perform waxing services on various parts of the body, including eyebrows, upper lip, underarms, legs, bikini area, chest, and back.

· Greet clients and conduct consultations to determine appropriate services and address any concerns.

· Maintain strict hygiene and sanitation standards, including proper disinfection of tools and workstations.

· Apply wax and remove hair using safe, efficient techniques to minimize discomfort.

· Recommend aftercare products and skincare tips to reduce irritation or ingrown hairs.

· Manage appointments, update client records, and maintain confidentiality.

· Upsell waxing packages, skincare products, and additional services when appropriate.

· Stay updated on the latest hair removal trends, techniques, and products.

· Comply with all local health and safety regulations and licensing requirements.

Qualifications:

· At least elementary graduate

· No experience needed but relevant experience is an advantage

· Sales and customer-oriented

· Amenable to work in mall working hours

· Experience in retail, beauty, wellness and other related industries is an advantage
