ResponsibilitiesEnsure excellent customer service by providing a friendly environment, greeting and acknowledging every customer, maintaining solid product knowledge, and addressing all aspects of customer service.

Promote and sell products in the trading area, aiming to meet the sales target quota set by management. Engage in consultative selling and recommend products to prospects and clients based on their equipment and needs. Assist customers in locating merchandise within the store.

Stay informed about all promotions and events in the store. Adhere to all company policies and procedures when dealing with customers. Monitor transactions such as delivery schedules, pending and missing deliveries, and customer orders.

Create quotations and process customer orders using the company's system. Manage the Supply Chain linked to Customer Orders for status updates; if linked processes are invalid, perform manual monitoring to ensure delivery processes are on track.

Ensure Customer Order stops are updated to prevent invoice processing interruptions. Achieve individual sales quotas.

Maintain regular contact with clients to ensure high customer satisfaction levels. Communicate customer requests and feedback to management. Additional InformationMinimum salary: PHP 19,770.00Location: Quezon City, NCR
