The Service Consultant role is aligned to a North American Eastern Standard Time and requires a night shift in Philippines. The Consultant is responsible for providing guidance on the implementation of HCM modules for new or existing customers adding new Ceridian HCM modules. The consultant uses reliable, repeatable, and quality implementation practices to come up with the optimal solution, satisfying the customer's need.

The Consultant works closely with the Project Manager for Implementation projects to plan the project and identify critical dependencies. This role does NOT develop code. What you'll get to do

Document and validate customer's business requirements

Conduct consulting sessions with the customer and document with meeting minutes

Provide guidance and best practices to the customer on Core HR, Time and Attendance, Payroll and Benefits modules to meet customer's documented requirements

Test and implement solutions for customers

Attend project meetings and provide status on progress of activities and deliverables

Maintain accurate and timely updates within the project tracking, time tracking and customer billing system

Be a "go-to" resource for specific HCM areas for internal and external users

Complete new release training on a timely basis; be fully versed on new and/or enhanced functionality in each product release

Skills and experience we value

Ability to form great customer relationships

Ability to consult customer on business needs

Ability to engage with multiple projects & customers at the same time and manage priorities accordingly

Excellent organization, communication, and collaboration skills

Ability to lead and facilitate customer workshops and sessions

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Prior functional experience with Dayforce HCM would be an asset

Prior consultative experience with employee data integration or HCM software

Proficient in Microsoft Office products

Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, IT, or any IT related field3-5 years' of HCM consulting experience with an HCM software provider preferably with a focus on Core HR, Time and Attendance, Payroll or BenefitsExcellent English, written and spoken is required

Analytical thinking is required

Experience working with North American clients and vendors a benefit
