About the role

As a Parking Cashier at W Bridges Manpower Corporation, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient parking experience for our customers in our Makati City Metro Manila location. This full-time role is critical in providing excellent customer service and maintaining the overall operations of our parking facility.

What you'll be doing

  1. Operate the parking payment system, collecting fees and issuing receipts to customers
  2. Provide friendly and helpful customer service to answer questions and address any concerns
  3. Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the parking area
  4. Assist with the management of parking permits and passes
  5. Collaborate with the wider team to identify and implement process improvements
  6. Ensure compliance with all parking regulations and company policies

What we're looking for

  1. Previous experience in a customer service or cashier role, preferably in a parking or retail environment
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to provide exceptional customer service
  3. Ability to work accurately and efficiently, with attention to detail
  4. Familiarity with cash handling and point-of-sale systems
  5. Good problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure
  6. Flexible and adaptable to work in a fast-paced environment
