Job Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and evaluate nursing processes to ensure compliance with quality standards and clinical accuracy.
  • Review documentation and workflows to identify areas for improvement in clinical operations.
  • Support the enhancement of QA tools and methodologies to drive consistent and high-quality patient care.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices and maintain regulatory compliance.
Job Qualifications:
  • Must hold active PHRN and USRN licenses.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a Clinical Process Outsourcing (CPO) environment.
  • Prior experience in Quality Assurance is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced healthcare setting.
