THE OPPORTUNITY

Our client, a leading organization in the healthcare services sector, is hiring
Quality Assurance Analyst.
This role will be
NIGHT SHIFT,
and you will need to be a
Registered Nurse.

This
full-time, in-office position (on-site) will be a night shift,
where you'll have the opportunity to support critical operations and contribute to the accuracy and quality of various documentation.

You will be reviewing medical reports for completeness & accuracy; tracking documentation in the appropriate systems & databases; and dealing with enquiries and other communications. Additionally, you will work to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and support management in addressing any issues that arise.

SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION

  • You must be a Registered Nurse (RN).
  • Ideally one year of QA clerical experience
    in a medical-related account.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Strong English communication skills.
  • Demonstrates attention to detail, accuracy, and quality in work; ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
  • Must maintain confidentiality, work independently, and thrive in a team-oriented environment.
  • Ability to stay focused under distractions, work well under pressure, and adapt to change or unexpected events.
