Competent in key Creative Suite programs (Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat)The RoleThe Studio Manager is responsible for the overall production planning, execution, and control of the print production team. This role involves working with a talented team consisting of Technical and Creative Artworkers, Designers, and Print Project Managers.Shift Production planning in close liaison with the Team Leader/Project ManagerLead all implementations within the team

Possess a strong understanding of all activities within the team

Ensure that all jobs are completed within the agreed timeframe and SLAsProvide periodical reports to understand the team's performance

Plan capacity to handle spikes in demand

Involved in the recruitment and selection of team staff

Appreciate, adhere to, and enforce key policies

Demonstrate a clear understanding of brands

Communicate with all stakeholders articulately, sharing and documenting any issues or knowledge to ensure consistency

Demonstrate good artwork judgment when giving direction or problem-solving

Monitor and measure the team's performance against KPIs and SLAs and drive resolutions

Provide guidance and coaching to employeesRequirementsFive years management experience in a production setup

Competent in key Creative Suite programs (Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat)Working knowledge of Microsoft programs

Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multi-task, and a flexible, logical, and proactive approach
