As
QA Analyst
, you are responsible for the Quality Assurance operations in the assigned feed mill, distribution hub, warehouse or other external facilities, including the operation of the QA laboratory to ensure that the raw materials are accepted and finished goods are released on time and in accordance with the formulation and the physical specifications set by the company and/or the customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Optimizes laboratory operation and capability using a standardized procedures, workflow and testing cycles according to internationally accepted standards
  • Implements audit systems to assess compliance to in-process feed milling requirements
  • Handles customer complaints, inquiries, feedback and comments related to product quality
  • Assesses warehousing and manufacturing's compliance with company and regulatory quality and safety standards
  • Monitoring of laboratory expenses against budget to ensure actual fixed cost is within allotted budget

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of
    BS Chemist, or any related course
  • Should be Licensed Registered Chemist / Licensed Registered Chemical Technician
  • One (1) year analytical laboratory experience is an advantage
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Can adapt to different working conditions and can work with minimum supervision
  • Ability to analyze technical data and prepare trend and correlation analysis
