Job LocationMANILA NET PARK OFFICEJob DescriptionSummary of the Role:As a senior SAP Software Engineer, you will demonstrate extensive experience (5 years) and technical expertise in crafting, developing, and optimizing multi-layered SAP solutions that meet complex business requirements. You will lead projects, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams and leadership to drive innovation within our SAP landscape. Key Tasks and Responsibilities:Own the design and deployment of SAP solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical specifications.

Analyze and optimize existing SAP systems and processes for improved performance and efficiency. Collaborate with business analysts to gather and refine requirements, translating them into scalable SAP solutions. Develop and maintain custom ABAP programs, reports, and interfaces.

Lead system integration efforts, ensuring seamless connectivity between SAP and other enterprise applications. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, fostering their professional growth. Perform system testing, conduct performance tuning, and resolve complex issues within SAP applications.

Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and best practices, recommending improvements to existing systems. Key Measures:Successful delivery of projects within scope, schedule, and budget. Quality and performance of solutions, as measured by user feedback and system metrics.

Contribution to team knowledge-sharing initiatives and overall team performance. Innovation and improvements introduced to SAP processes and applications. Job QualificationsKey Skills:Proficiency in ABAP programming, with experience in other languages such as Java and JavaScript.

Expertise in multiple SAP modules, including SAP ERP, SAP S/4HANA (Embedded Business Warehouse & Integrated Planning), HANA Modeling, CDS Views, BI Tools (Lumira & WebI), among others. Strong understanding of integration technologies like IDocs, BAPIs, and APIs. Experience with cloud-based SAP solutions, such as SAP Business Technology Platform.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and leadership abilities. Proven experience in project management methodologies.
