Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and discreet Personal Assistant (PA) to support an American CEO based in Bangkok. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive administrative, operational, and personal support to ensure the CEO's time is optimized and operations run smoothly. This role requires excellent communication skills, a high degree of professionalism, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, international business environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage CEO's calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel plans (international & domestic).
  • Draft, review, and manage correspondence.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting materials.
  • Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion.
  • Liaise with internal departments, international partners, and external stakeholders.
  • Organize and coordinate executive meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Assist in project coordination and status tracking as delegated by the CEO.
  • Support the CEO with personal arrangements including appointments, reservations, and errands.
  • Manage logistics or personal travel if needed.
  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Thai is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Tech-savvy: proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and scheduling tools.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Discretion, reliability, and a proactive mindset.
