Job Purpose

The CX Leads Handler is responsible for managing incoming leads, ensuring they are properly validated, and assigning them to the correct Account Managers.

This role involves maintaining lead database, conducting initial outreach and updating the status in Salesforce (MQL, SQL, etc) .

Key Accountabilities:

1. Lead Validation and Assignment:

o Receive and review incoming leads from various channels (web forms, email inquiries, phone calls, social media, etc.).

o Assess the quality of each lead based on predefined criteria (purpose of buying, reason for inquiry, etc).

o Assign validated leads to the correct Account Managers promptly.

2. Initial Outreach:

o Conduct initial contact with leads via email or phone to verify information and gather additional details.

o Provide leads with introductory information about the company's products or services. 3. Database Management:

o Enter and update lead information on Salesforce accurately and efficiently.

o Maintain detailed and organized records of all interactions and follow-ups with leads

4. Follow-Up:

o Track the status of leads through the sales pipeline and follow up with leads as necessary to maintain engagement.

o Collaborate with the marketing team to execute lead nurturing campaigns.

o Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams based on lead quality and conversion outcomes.
