Are you detail-driven and passionate about accuracy in billing and collections? Join our team as a
Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Specialist
and play a key role in ensuring smooth, efficient, and compliant revenue operations. You'll help strengthen our financial performance by driving billing accuracy, reducing denials, and keeping cash flow healthy.

What You'll Do:

  • Ensuring timely and accurate billing of clinician hours
  • Reviewing clinician timekeeping records, creating invoices, and submitting them to clients
  • Entering billing data into client systems or uploading files as needed
  • Validating client-provided time reports
  • Managing invoice approval processes with clients
  • Communicating directly with clients regarding billing disputes and escalations
  • Monitoring accounts receivable balances
  • Processing invoice rejections in a timely and accurate manner
  • Acting as a liaison between RCM and cross-functional teams
  • Supporting other billing-related projects and initiatives as assigned

What You'll Bring:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)

2+ years of experience in billing, accounting, or business-to-business (B2B) collections

Experience with ERP systems (Workday preferred)

Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and client management abilities

Bonus Points If You Have:

Experience working with U.S. healthcare providers or payers

Knowledge of EOBs, denials management, and appeals
