About the role

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Production Assistant to join our team at ZC Kings Manpower Cooperative. In this full-time role based in Taguig City, Metro Manila, you will play a crucial part in supporting our production operations and ensuring the smooth running of our manufacturing processes.

What you'll be doing

  • Assist with the planning and scheduling of production activities to optimise efficiency and meet target deadlines
  • Monitor inventory levels, order materials, and liaise with suppliers to maintain a steady flow of goods
  • Gather and analyse production data to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements
  • Collaborate with the production team to troubleshoot issues, resolve bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards throughout the production cycle
  • Maintain detailed records and documentation to support production reporting and auditing
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our manufacturing operations

What we're looking for

  • With or without experience are welcome to apply
  • Knowledgeable in excel is a must
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail
  • Proficient in using production planning and scheduling software, as well as data analysis tools
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally
  • Familiarity with production processes, quality control, and inventory management principles
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
