DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Deliver and pickup Legal/ Compliance, HR, Accounting and Marketing Departments' documents
  • Assist in background checking of employees thru visits in the declared address
  • Depositing of checks
  • Pay utility bills
  • Process and transact with government agencies and banks
  • In-charge of the opening and closing of the office
  • Cleaning and maintenance of the office, other company and management's properties
  • Other tasks that may be assigned by the Immediate Supervisor and Management (including Officers) from time-to-time such as but not limited to cleaning, repairing of office equipment and liaising.

Php 12,000 to 14,000 per month
