As part of our team, you will engage with clients to assess their needs, recommend appropriate coverage, and ensure a seamless client experience. This role is vital in fostering long-term relationships and promoting client loyalty through knowledgeable service and support.

Key Responsibilities::

  • Assess clients' insurance needs and risks, providing customized property and casualty solutions.
  • Explain policy details, terms, and conditions to clients clearly and effectively.
  • Build and nurture client relationships, ensuring exceptional service and support.
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest industry news, trends, and regulatory changes affecting insurance policies.
  • Guide clients through the insurance application and claims process, facilitating a smooth experience.
  • Achieve and exceed sales objectives while ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Maintain accurate client records and sales data within the CRM system.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a property and casualty insurance agent or a relevant role in the insurance field.
  • Comprehensive understanding of property and casualty insurance products.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interaction.
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate client needs and risks accurately.
  • Self-driven and results-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills and ability to close sales effectively.
  • Proficient in insurance software and CRM tools.
  • A valid property and casualty insurance license is mandatory.
