Operations:

  • Reports to RO Hub Operations and Develop Manager regarding all Bacolod Hub Operations.
  • Coordinates and collaborates with various stakeholders related to Bacolod Hub Space.
  • Supervise the Hub Services Officer and Maintenance Personnel in Bacolod Hub.
  • Implement and enforce compliance with standard operating procedures and governance structures for monitoring and control.
  • Ensure that excellent customer service levels are achieved.
  • Monitor Customer Satisfaction Data to ensure compliance with the standard quality of service.

Learn:

    1. Oversees an assigned Area and/or Hub.
  • Monitors and updates the student and family database of the assigned area.
  • Implements the Family Advisor (FA) Program.
  • Adherence of FA to the Scholarship Program Arrangement (SPA)
  • Scouts for potential FAs and LAs for endorsement to the Program Head or the Family Care and Support Officer for FA Orientation.
  • Connects, informs, and aligns FAs to enable her to serve families under her care excellently.
  • Learning Advisor Consultation (LAC)
  • Contributes to the retention of FAs.
  • Ensures families are informed of the academic requirements to complete the school year.
  • Monitors timely Portfolio Reviews and Academic Milestones
  • Ensures all requirements of families are met to be cleared for the school year.
  • Ensures that the student tracker is updated.
  • Weekly status updating of direct students
  • Weekly status updating by FAs
  • Accurate projections via the Previous School Retention Update field.
  • Ensures completion of academic requirements.
  • Review of Research Paper and Business Proposals
  • Adherence to the Academic Requirement of WCFS, VCIS, TMA, HG US
  • Moving-up and Graduation requirements.
  • Student and Family Advisory
  • Handles direct families from various grade levels in Western Visayas
  • Handles FA kids for Portfolio Review on top of the direct families.
  • Conducts Touch Advisor Consultation (TAC) twice a week:
  • 1 Session for on-demand consultation
  • 1 Session for HS100 Series
  • Creates and manages Viber Group chats for families and FAs.
  • Sends relevant communication to parents via email and via Viber GCs.
  • Engages and communicates with the parents within SLA.
  • Send relevant Proactive Outbound Communications:
  • Meaningful Contact every 1 working day of the month
  • Engagement Activities Management
  • Mount regular Enrichment classes
  • Ensure to have Learn Group activities on a regular basis
  • Ensure to have community activities with the families and stakeholders
  • Ensure to have HG Signature events that are required by the RO
  • Coordinates with the stakeholders for all Learn-related concerns of the hub and families.
