Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate scheduling of TMS treatment sessions for patients, ensuring

    smooth and timely appointments.
  • Communicate with patients to book, confirm appointments and provide

    necessary information related to their TMS treatment.
  • Work closely with clinical staff to ensure accurate patient records and

    treatment schedules.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of TMS protocols, treatment procedures,

    and equipment.
  • Ensure patients' needs are met, including managing reschedules or

    cancellations efficiently.
  • Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and addressing TMS therapy concerns.
  • Track on patient treatment progress, ensuring proper follow-up and

    reporting.
  • Collaborate with billing and insurance teams to verify patient coverage

    and manage authorizations for treatments.
  • Perform other related administrative duties as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to

    interact with patients and team members effectively.
  • Strong organizational, and multitasking abilities.
  • Familiarity with scheduling systems and management systems.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity and

    professionalism.
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
