Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of developers in the full software development lifecycle, from concept and design to deployment and support.
  • Architect and develop scalable web applications and e-commerce platforms using modern technologies.
  • Design, implement, and manage databases to ensure data integrity and optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Oversee code reviews, ensuring code quality, security, and adherence to best practices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to applications, databases, and servers.
  • Mentor and coach junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in web development, with a strong portfolio of websites and web applications.
  • Expertise in front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, ).
  • Proficiency in back-end languages such as , Python, Ruby, or PHP.
  • Deep knowledge of database management, including SQL (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB) databases.
  • Proven experience in developing and integrating e-commerce solutions (e.g., Shopify API, Magento, custom payment gateways).
  • Experience with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience with agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
  • Knowledge of SEO principles and web accessibility standards.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices.

Job Type: Fixed term

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Php90, Php100,000.00 per month
