Job Description
As a Credit Control Manager, you will lead the credit control function, ensuring timely collections, accurate reporting, and effective risk management. You'll collaborate with multiple global teams, manage aged debtors, and enhance cash flow strategies while mentoring a small credit control team.

Shift: Mid shift, Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm UK hours, Weekends Off
Work setup: Work from Home (with occasional on-site team collaboration in Metro Manila as needed)

The Qualifications We Seek
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
- Proven experience in a Credit Control or Accounts Receivable management role, ideally within financial services or a fast-paced professional services environment.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a confident and client-focused approach.
- High attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
- Experience with accounting and finance systems (Netsuite strongly preferred) and strong Excel skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines under pressure.
- Team leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; professional qualifications (e.g., CICM) a plus.
Your Daily Tasks
- Oversee the end-to-end credit control process across the GLAS group, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing and collection of receivables.
- Monitor and manage aged debt reports, following up on overdue accounts and escalating issues where appropriate.
- Manage the application of bank receipts against client invoices on a timely basis, ensuring the highest standards of accuracy.
- Develop and implement credit control policies, procedures, and best practices to drive process efficiency and reduce DSO (Days Sales Outstanding).
- Partner with client-facing teams to resolve billing or contractual disputes in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide regular reporting and analysis on accounts receivable, cash forecasting, and debtor risk.
- Lead and develop a small credit control team, ensuring KPIs and performance standards are met.
- Support external audit and compliance requirements related to accounts receivable and revenue recognition.
