Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design process for mobile-focused applications, ensuring a seamless user experience from concept to delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management and development, to define user requirements and translate them into engaging designs.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions and improve product usability.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that effectively communicate design ideas.
  • Mentor and guide junior designers, providing constructive feedback and fostering a collaborative team environment.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance design processes and outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of professional experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing mobile app designs.
  • Experience in at least one of the following industries: rider hailing, food delivery, or e-wallet.
  • Proven leadership experience in guiding design projects and teams.
  • Certification in Usability Analysis or a related field is preferred.
  • Proficient in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present and articulate design concepts effectively.
