We are currently hiring for a Senior Accounting Manager role with one of our US-based clients. This position is key to overseeing the daily operations of the accounting department and driving financial excellence within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage daily accounting operations, including AP, AR, general ledger, and payroll.
  • Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with accounting standards.
  • Develop and maintain strong internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure accuracy in reporting.
  • Coordinate and lead the annual audit process with external auditors.
  • Monitor and analyze accounting data, recommending improvements in systems and procedures.
  • Ensure timely and accurate tax filings while staying compliant with applicable regulations.
  • Provide financial insights to senior management to support strategic decision-making.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the accounting team to meet performance and growth objectives.

This role requires not only strong technical accounting expertise but also proven leadership skills to guide and inspire a team.
