We are looking for a Senior Web Developer who will be part of an agile development team building and working on software systems development stack. The Senior Web Developer is involved in all areas of development from design, development, testing and deployment.

What you will be doing:

  • Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications with a focus on scalability and performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (frontend, DevOps, QA, etc.) to define and implement new features
  • Lead code reviews and ensure best practices in software engineering
  • Optimize application performance and troubleshoot complex technical issues
  • Participate in architectural discussions and system design

Skills Needed:

  • 5+ years of experience in Java (JDK 8 or higher)
  • Strong knowledge of Spring/Spring Boot, Hibernate/JPA, RESTful APIs
  • Experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and/or NoSQL (MongoDB)
  • Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes is a plus)
  • Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.
  • Understanding of microservices architecture
  • Good communication skills and team collaboration
